What exactly counts as a âGuest Requestâ?
Any message or order the AI concierge handlesâroom-service questions, spa bookings, late-checkout requests, local tips, etc. Each incoming interaction deducts 1 request from your monthly bundle.
What are âKnowledgeâ and âActionâ Templates?
Knowledge Templates hold information the AI can quoteâe.g., hotel rules, check-in times, breakfast hours. Action Templates let guests do thingsâe.g., order room service, book a massage, buy an experience, request maintenance, see a map of local attractions. All plans get unlimited templates, so you can add as many as you like.
How does the order fee work?
When a guest pays through the platform, we apply the planâs service fee. The fee is taken automatically before funds land in your Stripe payout. Regular guest chat that doesnât involve a payment is free of order fees.
What happens if we use up our included requests?
The assistant keeps working; we simply bill overage at the per-request rate for your plan (see table). This avoids service disruptions during busy periods.
Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect instantly and prorate the difference. Downgrades or cancellations apply at the end of your current billing cycleâno long-term contracts.
What integrations are included?
Out-of-the-box Stripe payouts are in every plan. Pro and Enterprise add PMS/CRM connectors (e.g., Cloudbeds, Opera, HubSpot). Enterprise customers can request custom integrations.
Are WhatsApp carrier fees included?
Metaâs pass-through carrier charges are billed at cost each month, no markup from us.
